Let Andy and the Corkage team do the choosing for you – introducing you to a fascinating range of grape varieties and wine styles from across the globe. All you have to do is select the wine club case to suit your taste and budget.

How do I subscribe to one of the monthly Corkage wine club cases?2023-05-09T17:09:38+00:00

Simply select one of our six wine club case options. Choose between three and six bottles per month, and between a mixed case, red wines only and white wines only.

Click on the “Sign up now” button to add your selected wine club subscription to your cart. Click on “View cart” and follow the checkout process. As part of the checkout process you will be taken through to the secure direct debit system “GoCardless” to set up a monthly direct debit to Corkage.

Why do you use GoCardless?2023-05-09T17:10:29+00:00

GoCardless is a leading direct debit provider, processing over £5 billion in payments annually for more than 50,000 organisations around the world.

GoCardless is ISO 27001 accredited (ISO 27001 is a widely recognised, internationally accepted standard for information security).

With GoCardless you set up payments only once, by completing an online form, meaning there will be no accidental disruptions to your wine club subscription. You will be notified in advance that a payment is coming out, and your payments are fully protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning you have the right to receive a full refund for any payment taken in error.

You can cancel your direct debit mandate at any time (for example, through online banking), immediately stopping future payments.

Which wines will be in my monthly wine case?2023-05-11T05:35:10+00:00

Where you have selected a mixed case, each case could contain a combination of red, white and rosé wines, and still and sparkling wines. Where you have selected red wines only, each case will contain only still red wines. Where you have selected white wines only, each case will contain only still white wines.

All the wines are hand picked by the Corkage team from our fantastic range of wines from around the globe.

Tasting notes (including food matches) for all the wines you receive as part of the club are available on the Corkage website.

If you would prefer to receive a hard copy of the notes, just let us know.

Which addresses can you deliver to?2023-05-11T05:46:16+00:00

Delivery of our subscription wine cases, which is free of charge, is available only to addresses within a 10-mile radius of Corkage. You can still subscribe if your address is outside this 10-mile limit, but you will have to collect your wine cases in-store. If you are unsure, please get in touch.

We will deliver your initial case of wine on the first Thursday or Friday following set-up of your subscription that we have availability to deliver. Delivery will then be monthly on a Thursday or Friday. If you have specific delivery instructions, please get in touch.

Who will deliver my wine?2023-05-11T05:45:00+00:00

Your wine will be delivered by a member of the Corkage team, once a month on a Thursday or Friday. Because we are a small company and do not use a third-party delivery company, unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.

What if I will not be at home to accept delivery of my wine?2023-05-11T05:42:22+00:00

If you or a nominated person cannot accept delivery during the day, you can specify a safe place to leave your case, or if you prefer you can collect it from the store. If you specify a safe place for us to leave your case, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to, or loss or theft of, the goods after delivery.
