A juicy, refreshing white blend, evoking warm summer days – just as its name “Estival” (summer in Spanish) suggests.
Tasting notes
Lemon yellow in colour. On the nose, notes of grapefruit and lime, with an aromatic lift of lychee and white orchard fruits. Bright and tangy on the palate, full of ripe white fruits and lively acidity.
Food pairing
Ideal with grilled white fish.
Additional information
The blend is 60% Gewürztraminer, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Moscato Bianco (Muscat Blanc). The Chardonnay was picked early to provide crisp acidity, while the other two grape varieties were picked late to give creamy fruitiness. The grapes were co-fermented and the wine was matured for one year in stainless steel with no lees contact.
