Château d’Ollières, a promised land. In 2003 Hubert Rouy and his son Charles took over the Château d’Ollières with the intention of restoring its prestigious reputation. Twelve years later, this château has become a rising star of Provence. Not far from Saint-Maximin, the château has watched over the village of Ollières for over a thousand years. Delectable wines from Château d’Ollières have forged a place in the most prestigious wine guides and can be found at the greatest gourmet restaurants in France. Syrah, grenache, and cabernet sauvignon grape varieties all flourish in the clay-limestone soil and harsh micro-climate. The wide variations in temperature are conducive to exceptionally ripe grapes, resulting in highly concentrated, well-balanced, and remarkably sophisticated juices.

The pink colour is very clear. The nose is a subtle blend of white flowers and citrus fruits. Aromas of crushed citrus fruits and currant. Fresh and round with a good persistence on the palate and a nuance of a fruit drop.
