Alwyn the Saxon, Odo the Norman, monks and pilgrims, gunpowder manufacturers, the Duchess of Marlborough and Lady Heald have all contributed to Chilworth Manor’s evolution over the last thousand years. At Chilworth Manor Vineyard, the approach to growing vines has developed naturally from the way the gardens and estate have been managed as a whole. At its heart is a vision of sustain-ability supporting not only the vineyard itself but the wider environment. The surrounding countryside is a haven for bird and wildlife and is a magnet for walkers, riders and cyclists.

Chilworth Manor Rosé is a Provence-style rosé offering fresh strawberries and cassis nuances on the nose. It has a rich palate and velvety texture

Delicious as an aperitif or drink with serious seafood such as lobster, seared salmon, tuna or duck and delicately cooked rare lamb. Good too with white-rinded cheeses such as Camembert and Brie so long as you don’t let them get too ripe and runny.
