A seriously impressive Chardonnay – great fruit intensity, well balanced and harmonious with excellent length.
Tasting notes
Pale straw in colour with green tinges. On the nose, aromas of citrus, white flowers, grapefruit and melon. Mid-weight on the palate with elegant oak noticeably present in lingering cashew flavours. Fresh acidity is balanced by a creamy texture.
Food pairing
An excellent food wine – particularly good with chicken or white meats.
