A lovely, velvety Grenache-blend Provence rosé – a fabulously versatile food wine.
Tasting notes
Salmon pink in colour. On the nose, aromas of exotic fruits evolving towards smokier notes. Aged in oak barrels for two to three months, giving notes of vanilla and coconut and resulting in a lovely, silky roundness on the palate.
Food pairing
Excellent with smoked dishes and lightly spicy dishes.
