High Clandon Estate Vineyard lies high on the Surrey Hills, on the chalky limestone in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Handcrafted from the second pressing of the 2017 vintage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Gently double distilled by a rocket-scientist craftsman at The Gin Kitchen distillers. Then infused with 14 botanicals – herbs of the Surrey Hills: Elderflower, Saffron, Sage, Coriander, Rosemary, Mint, Artichoke leaf and with a touch of our Honey.

Created in the Surrey Hills of High Clandon, a fresh and subtle, herbal and honeyed liqueur.
FOOD PAIRING
Delicious as an aperitif with Paté or Foie Gras, as a cocktail or superb with cheeses after dinner.
