A fantastic example of this relatively rare grape variety from the Iberian peninsula – lively with lovely citrus and stone-fruit aromas.
Tasting notes
Bright gold in colour with greenish tints. On the nose, aromas of citrus and white stone fruits with floral notes. The palate is true to the nose, nuanced with balsamic notes.
Food pairing
Try with guacamole and nachos, or scallops with a lime and coriander dressing – indeed anything with lime and coriander flavours.
