Description
Francesc Ricart Cavas are produced by the traditional method in the most representative area of the D.O. Cava: Penedés, Alt Penedés and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The collection reflects outstanding grapes, the art of blending, patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace and the experience to know when it is at its best.
TASTING NOTES
With small, subtle bubbles and pale yellow colour, this Cava is fresh, balanced and fruity with tones of flowers and honey and a little white peach with subtly bready notes. The palate is rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, crustaceans, butternut squash soup, seafood
