French Regions Tasting Event – 24th & 25th Sept

We resume our monthly Tasting Events with a tour of some of the lesser known wine-producing regions of France in September.

We are offering you the opportunity to book places at either of our September dates – Tuesday 24th & Wednesday 25th

Including selections from Saumur Champigny, Loire, Provence and Cahors and less familiar grape varietals such as Aligoté, Tibouren and Cabernet Franc, there should be something new to entice most palates.

The line-up is as follows:-

Domaine Aux Pressoir Saumur Fines Bulles NV – A sparkling Chenin Blanc/Chardonnay Blend from Saumur

Maison Foucher Petit Le Mont – A “Baby Sancerre” Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire

Au Pied Du Mont Chauve Bourgogne  – An Aligoté from Burgundy

Clos Cibonne Tradition Rosé – A Tibouren Rosé from Provence

Leo Charreau “Les Pouges” – A Cabernet Franc from Saumur Champigny

Chateau Du Cedre Extra Libre – A Malbec from Cahors

If you decide to buy a bottle (or more!) of any of the wines you try, there’ll be a 10% discount on the night. If you don’t want to carry your wine home on the night, free delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Corkage for purchases of £50 or more.

Please note, because we are a small venue, you may be sitting at a shared table with guests who are not part of your group
