Tasting notes
Deep ruby in colour with a violet rim. On the nose, aromas of currants, forest floor and tea leaves, along with white pepper and coriander. Complex, concentrated fruits on the palate. Medium bodied with dense but silky tannins.
Food pairing
Drink with charcuterie, grilled mushrooms, or braised, grilled or barbecued red meat.
