Lemon yellow in colour. On the nose and palate, citrus aromas and flavours of lemon and lime, accompanied by riper notes of apple, white peach and pear. Fresh and zingy with a lovely crisp acidity.

The wine comes from a small parcel of local grape varieties (Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu), grown following biodynamic principles in the foothills of the Pyrenees.
