Le Domaine de Laguille, a family property, is located in the South-West region of France, in the Gers, country of good living. Our vineyard extends over the terroir of Bas-Armagnac, at the gates of the City of Eauze, the capital par excellence of the oldest brandy in the world. This small region of Gers, nestled in the heart of Gascony, has a rich heritage and a long wine history dating back to the Gallo-Roman era. For generations, two families have built up this wine heritage, strong in the same passion for vines and wine. Today, Colette and Guy Vignoli perpetuate this know-how, these traditions and produce wines in their image.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful amber colour. Powerful nose of prunes, lots of richness and concentration, aroma of warm bread with a touch of toast and gingerbread. The palate is smooth, round. The finish is full with a return of macerated stone fruits. A very well-balanced Armagnac.
