Why we love it
An approachable, well-balanced second wine from arguably the best estate in Sainte-Estèphe.
Tasting notes
Deep crimson in colour. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant, chocolate, tobacco and cedar. On the palate, medium bodied and silky with a solid core of fruit, fine tannins and spicy, savoury notes emerging on the finish.
Drink now and for up to another 10 years.
Food pairing
A good partner for roast poultry, mushroom dishes and classic meat dishes.
