The Domaine Michel Juillot covers 31 hectares across the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune. Created in 1928 in Mercurey, his vineyard is composed by 21 hectares of Pinot Noir and 10 hectares of Chardonnay. This is a production of 180,000 bottles, over twenty appellations, half of Premiers and Grands Crus, which comes out every year from the winery.
The Mercurey appellation, a 650 hectares area, offers to winemakers rich and various soil. It is thanks to this particular terroir, that the wines have a beautiful natural structure.
