Why we love it
A delicate aromatic Prosecco with the Glera grape creating the foundation, Bianchetta adding softness and refinement, and Perera giving an intense bouquet.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow in colour. An inviting nose with aromas of pear and apple. A soft, fresh palate with a fine, persistent mousse. Not a dessert wine, but it has a definite sweetness to it with 24 grammes per litre of residual sugar.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or celebratory drink, or partnered with short-crust pastries.
