A serious Priorat – complex and fresh, with the slate-rich soil of the estate vineyard providing a distinctive mineral edge.
Tasting notes
Cherry red in colour with violet reflections. On the nose, delicate aromas of cranberries and strawberries with notes of rosemary, caramel and candied orange peel. Complex and mineral on the palate with good length.
Food pairing
Try with roast beef or venison with a mushroom sauce.
