Tasting notes
Ruby red in colour. The nose is demonstrative of the grape with aromas of red cherry, red apple and strawberry, between some earthy notes. Bright, juicy berries and cherries on the palate, along with a satisfying savoury texture.
Food pairing
Drink with loin of pork or grilled vegetables.
Additional information
The wine was aged for seven months in old French oak. Just 1,700 bottles were produced.
