Perfumed and elegant – and not too big or boozy like some Californian Zinfandels can be.
Tasting notes
Ruby red in colour. Aromas of red plum, cherry and cranberry along with light herbal notes lead into a palate of strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, herbs, spices and dried-meat flavours. A gently tannic finish.
Food pairing
Try with a rack of lamb or a fillet of beef.
