Salice Selection is a small village in Salento rich in vineyards and olive trees, located in the heel of Italy. This wine has been produced since 1954 and bears the 50th Vendemmia label to celebrate the 50th vintage of this wine as a tribute to the winemaker’s grandfather and father who created this wine. After fermentation, the wine spends 12 months in oak barrels (minimum aging time to get the mention “Riserva” on labels).
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, aromas of blackberry, black cherry, basil, sweet spice. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced with high tannins. The finish is long-lasting and pleasant.

Drink as an aperitif, or with your roasts and ripe cheeses.
