A high-quality English white wine made in tiny quantities in Kent using the unusual Ortega grape.
Tasting notes
Lemon yellow in colour. Notes of honeysuckle, citrus peel and white peach on the nose. Pineapple and lychee flavours on the palate. Crisp acidity but simultaneously rich and creamy from lees contact. A hint of crème brûlée on the finish.
Food pairing
Try with a scallop ceviche, soft cheeses or oily fish dishes.
