Tasting notes
Lemon yellow in colour. On the nose, ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from the French oak. On the palate, lush notes of
mango, grapefruit and pineapple, along with a nutty toastiness, lead to a long, fine, fruit-driven finish.
