Corkage Terms and Conditions
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 to any address that is within a 10-mile radius of our shop (GU1 3UA). Deliveries take place on the next Thursday/Friday following the placement of an order. Should you require your delivery sooner than this, please contact email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
Please note we have the legal right to cancel any delivery if we have reason to believe that the recipient is under the age of 18 and you may be asked for identification to prove your age on delivery.
Please note that we cannot despatch orders over a weekend or a bank holiday. At exceptionally busy times (e.g. Christmas), please be aware that delivery times may be longer than normal.
You are entitled to return your order to us within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receiving the order, whichever is longer. For a full refund please return unopened and completely undamaged bottles to us in safe and secure packaging within seven days of receiving them. If you are unable to return the bottles to us, we can organise to pick up the returnable wine to us if you are within a 10-mile radius of our shop, but we reserve the right to charge a collection fee of £10.
If you are unhappy with your wine once it is opened (i.e. if it is corked or otherwise faulty) please notify us straight away and return the bottle and its contents to us so that we can provide a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
