Why we love it
A classy, well-rounded and vibrant non-vintage blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc reflecting Mendoza’s Bordeaux heritage.
Tasting notes
Lemon yellow in colour. An aromatic nose, with citrus and herbaceous notes provided by the Sauvignon Blanc, while the Semillon imparts a rich texture, depth and body to the palate. Textured, leesy and well balanced, with lovely weight, some oaky spice and a crisp, herbal finish.
Food pairing
Drink on its own or pair with green vegetable dishes, tangy cheeses or fish dishes.
Additional information
The grapes come from sustainably farmed vineyards. The wine was fermented and aged for 14 months “sur lie” in French oak.
The blend is 66% Semillon and 34% Sauvignon Blanc
