Tasting notes
Deep purple in colour. On the nose, intense aromas of black fruit, tapenade and ground pepper. A powerful black-fruit palate with a lovely texture, ripe tannins and an attractive soy character on the finish.
Food pairing
Match with dark meats, especially dishes with a spicy element, such as Tandoori lamb. Also great with steak.
