Folding Hill was established by Tim and Nikki Kerruish, in partnership with Anne Charlesworth. The really hard work is done by Nikki who combines a career in Bioethics and looking after 4 children with all the accounting and compliance needs of the company. Viticulture is by award-winning viticulturalist James Dicey and his Grape Vision crew, with winemaking being headed by the experienced and very talented winemaker Fred Riends.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, violets, toast, wild red fruits and subtle oaking. The palate is refined and elegant with delicious plum, morello cherry and blackberry, cinnamon and vanilla. Soft chewy tannins and good acidity provides a lift on the finish.
