Description
After a very pleasant summer break, we are resuming our Tasting Events in September with an Iberian theme.
We invite you to join us on one of two consecutive Wednesday evenings to taste some unusual and interesting wines from Spain & Portugal
The proposed line-up is as follows:-
Raventos Codorniu Cava – A sparkling Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada Cava from Catalunya, Spain
Mira D’O Druida Branco Reserva – A 100% Encruzado from Dao, Portugal
Mouchao Ponte – A 100% Verdelho from Alentejano, Portugal
Cellers Grifoll Predicat – A Blend of 45% Grenache, 45% Carignan and 10% Merlot from the Priorat region, Spain
Quinta Da Romaneira Dona Clara – A Blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Cao from the Douro region, Portugal
Lobban La Pamelita – A sparkling Syrah/Garnacha red blend from Catalunya, Spain
If you decide to buy a bottle (or more!) of any of the wines you try, there’ll be a 10% discount on the night. Free delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Corkage for purchases of £50 or more.
Please note, because we are a small venue, you may be sitting at a shared table with guests who are not part of your group.
