A sophisticated white – lively and elegant with that characteristic Petite-Arvine touch of salty minerality on the finish.
Tasting notes
Pale lemon yellow in colour with golden reflections. Elegant and slightly mineral on the nose with aromas of yellow plum, grapefruit and stewed rhubarb. Vivacious and elegant on the palate with a nice lemony acidity and a saline note on the finish.
Food pairing
Drink as an aperitif, with pan-fried trout, or with vegetable dishes such as vegetable gratin or asparagus risotto.
