Why we love it
A beautifully deep pink, aromatic blend of Mourvèdre and Cinsault – the perfect match for Mediterranean summer cuisine.
Tasting notes
Deep pink in colour. On the nose, an aromatic bouquet of fresh raspberry and blackcurrant, intermingled with citrus and floral notes. The palate is juicy with bright red fruit and a hint of savoury spice and “garrigue”. Pleasantly saline on the finish.
Food pairing
Drink with Mediterranean cuisine, lightly spiced dishes, poultry or grilled white meats. Perfect for a picnic on a summer’s day.
Additional information
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted twice and destemmed before being crushed. The berries were then gently pressed at low pressure, to maintain the freshness and delicate red-fruit character, before undergoing cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation took place with natural yeasts in stainless steel. The wine was naturally decanted by gravity before being aged on fine lees in stainless steel until bottling.
