Why we love it
A well-balanced, naturally concentrated Malbec from high-altitude vineyards more than 2,000 metres above sea level.

Tasting notes
Deep violet in colour with purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of black plum, black cherry and lavender. Rich and structured on the palate with flavours of ripe dark fruits and hints of vanilla and mocha. Ripe tannins and a velvety texture.

Food pairing
Pair with red meats or pasta dishes.

Additional information
The grapes come from vines planted at more than 2,000 metres above sea level in Cafayate, Argentina. The grapes were harvested manually and fermented in concrete with native yeasts. A proportion of the wine (30%) was aged in second-use French oak for eight months.
