Tasting notes
An ink-black core with a deep-purple rim. Notes of dark berries and plums on the nose, supported by liquorice and a floral lift. Dark and brooding on the palate, with layers of rich, black and blue fruits, dark chocolate and spice, and savoury tannins. A long finish.

A serious food wine – drink with a venison stew, beef or a chargrilled steak.
