Tasting notes
Deep purplish red in colour. On the nose, notes of blueberry, blackberry, violets and pepper. Juicy cherry and cassis flavours on the palate. Medium bodied with succulent tannins.
Food pairing
Pairs well with braised lamb or beef, aubergine dishes and vegetable couscous.
Additional information
The wine was aged for 12 months, 80% in concrete tanks and 20% in old-oak barrels.
