Ruby red in colour. Intense fruity aromas on the nose, with notes of blackberry and cherry standing out, along with spicy notes of black pepper and bay leaf. Fresh and smooth on the palate with well-integrated tannins.

Pair with grilled meat, pulled pork or a tuna steak. Unusually for a red, it even works well with baked white-fish dishes.
