Tasting notes
Purple-red in colour with garnet reflections. Intense and rich on the nose with notes of wild berries, prunes and chocolate. A rich palate with flavours of blackcurrants, blackberries and hints of chocolate and sweet spice, as well as a botanical, leafy element. Smooth tannins.

Drink with lamb, game or Boeuf en daube provençale.
