Tasting notes
Bright appearance with a ruby red hue. A lifted, floral nose, with raspberry and cherry aromas, and an abundance of savoury/earthy complexity. The palate is vibrant, with good tension and length. It offers a good mixture of bright fruit, herbal elements and the savoury structure for which North Canterbury is renowned.
