Tasting notes
Lemon yellow in colour. On the nose, aromas of lemon, lime and pink grapefruit. The palate is true to the nose with real persistence of flavour. Balanced with bright acidity.

Great as an aperitif or with seafood.
Additional information
Cool fermentation in stainless steel was followed by maturation on the lees. The wine was bottled early to retain its freshness.
