Why we love it
A richly textured, dry Pinot Gris from the free-draining sandy soils of the Stopham West Sussex estate.
Tasting notes
Lemon yellow in colour. Aromas of mango and passionfruit on the nose and ripe stone fruit (peach and apricot) on the palate. There is a nice balance between ripe, juicy fruit and refreshing acidity.
Food pairing
Excellent with flavoursome fish dishes, such as fish curry or grilled fish with lemon.
