Tasting notes
Ruby red in colour. On the nose, smoky aromas of red and black fruits, warm spices and “garrigue”. A powerful, well-structured palate with liquorice, black pepper and earthy notes, and a long, flavoursome finish.

Perfect to accompany game or red-meat dishes.

The blend is 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault.
