Why we love it
A beautifully fresh white wine hailing from Alpine foothills in the north-east corner of Italy – a perfect seafood accompaniment.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow in colour with hints of green. Bright and floral on the nose. Fresh and lively on the palate showing the marked floral characteristic of the grape variety, and finishing on a slightly savoury note.

Food pairing
Perfect with white fish and shellfish.

Additional information
After destemming, the grapes were gently crushed, with the must left in contact with the skins for a short period to accentuate the varietal characteristics. The must was then gently separated from the skins and fermented without prior clarification. The wine was aged for eight months in cement barrels.
