Why we love it
Finesse and elegance from one of the best wine makers in Friuli. It says Pinot Grigio on the label, but the style is more Pinot Gris.
Tasting notes
Antique gold with coppery hues in colour. A generous nose with notes of acacia, lime flowers and chamomile, along with ripe stone fruit, cantaloupe melon, pink grapefruit and lychee. Rounded on the palate with a citrusy finish.
Food pairing
Drink with risotto, shellfish or fish dishes.
