A substantial Italian red blend, with an intense bouquet – courtesy of the predominant local Marzemino grape variety.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red in colour. Rich on the nose with notes of red fruit, crushed blueberries, marinated Marasca cherries, balsamic and jam. Powerful on the palate – clean and savoury with fine acidity.
Food pairing
Try with rich pasta dishes, red meats or game. Pairs well too with fuller-flavoured cheeses.
