Tasting notes
Very pale gold in colour with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of honeysuckle, citrus zest and fresh strawberries. Extended time on the lees during secondary fermentation contributes to more complex aromas of nougat and roasted nuts. The palate is balanced with delicate fruit flavours, a fine, creamy texture and refreshing acidity. The finish is dry and fresh with lingering flavours of citrus and nougat.
Food pairing
A perfect match for oysters, grilled asparagus or fritto misto with aioli.
