Tasting notes
Golden in colour. Fresh on the nose and palate with aromas and flavours of green apples and citrus fruits. Just the right amount of effervescence.

Additional information
The Sauvignon Blanc for this wine was grown in Lake County, while the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were sourced from Sonoma Valley.
The different grape varieties were vinified separately. The Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir were fermented in stainless steel, while the Chardonnay was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. The wine was then blended and given its sparkling character using the Charmat method.
